Gallery M & Abdülcanbaz
Housed within the historic walls of Muradiye Han, Gallery M—located at the entrance level of The Muradiye Luxury Apartments—is a vibrant space dedicated to art, culture, and creative exchange. Conceived as both a gallery and exhibition venue, it hosts curated exhibitions, installations, and cultural events that connect Istanbul’s layered heritage with its contemporary artistic pulse.
The space was part of the 18th Istanbul Biennial, welcoming visitors from around the world to experience contemporary art in a uniquely historic setting.

At times he lives in the present; at times he is a brave soldier of the Ottoman Army. Sometimes he figures in a fairy tale, battling evil giants and at times, during The Turkish War of Independence. He swims in the deepest fathoms of the sea and at times bestrides outer space… His adventures go beyond the boundaries of space and time.
The Adventures of Abdülcanbaz is a series of comic albums created by the famous Turkish artist Turhan Selçuk (1922-2010). Original artworks from this beloved series are proudly displayed throughout our apartments, bringing the spirit and wit of this legendary Istanbul Gentleman into the very spaces where our guests live and breathe.
